Installation
We are pleased to offer installation services throughout most of the contiguous United States. To receive a quote, you can contact us via email or phone, or simply add your desired product to a quote and fill out the necessary information. Be sure to check the box indicating that you would like to request installation.
For installation, it's important that the site is level and free of debris, as well as free from underlying issues that could complicate digging. Each customer is responsible for their own site preparation, permitting, and mulch or surfacing, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Can I Install This Myself? Yes, you can! Many of our customers have successfully installed our systems themselves with the right skills. While it may take longer than it would with our professional installation crews, it can be a cost-effective solution for daycares, churches, and apartment complexes.
Footer Options, Depending on the Product

In-Ground Mounting: This is the most common method for attaching playground and shade equipment. It involves digging and setting the posts in concrete during installation.

Surface Mount or Anchor Bolt: This method uses special plate and bolt hardware to secure a post to a solid surface, typically concrete.

Ground Spike: This is the easiest method for ground attachment, where stakes are driven through a footer plate using a sledgehammer to secure the posts. It's important to note that this method is not suitable for sandy or loamy soil conditions and is offered for a limited number of sets.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email promptly. This email confirms that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. At the same time, we check with our suppliers to ensure the item is available for immediate shipment. If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and email you. But if your selected item(s) are ready to ship within 5 business days, we'll process the charges and send the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
Once we process the charges to your credit card for in-stock items, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can anticipate receiving tracking information sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If, for any reason, you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@MySchoolEquipment.com.
